This breakfast smoothie is the one, you guys. Total banger. I’ve never been a huge fan of having smoothies for breakfast because I love having an oat-based breakfast like porridge, bircher or granola. But this smoothie makes it easy to break that tradition! It’s so delicious, creamy and beautifully sweet. The frozen banana, coconut yoghurt and granola are the stars; they make every sip perfect, down to the last slurp.
Just ask Charlie! He was my sneaky taste tester and gave it two paws up!
‘Is it a Banger?’ Breakfast Smoothie
1 very ripe frozen banana1 cup almond milk (or milk of your choice)2 tablespoons coconut yoghurt (or natural yoghurt)
1/3 cup crunchy coconutty granola + more to scatter on top
1 teaspoon raw honey
Simply blend all of the ingredients together in a blender and serve, topping with a good sprinkle of granola. Enjoy!
